The apartment have dining area with table and four chairs.
The bedroom provides smart Tv (Cable Not included), one queen size bed with two bedside tables.
Fresh linens and pillows are provided for all, as well as a set of bath towels.
Also there is one table and two chairs at the balcony.
Two beach chairs are provided.

Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with stove and oven, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, serving ware, french press coffee maker and toaster.

When you’ve finished your day, enjoy some smart Tv (Cable Not included) & Wifi, or just relax and have a drink at the balcony.
Given the tropical nature of Miami, we have regular treatment but tropical pests can occasionally sneak inside.
We encourage our guests to do not play loud music at the apartment.
Parties, smoking and illegal substances are not allowed and will incur on $ 350 penalty fee, in addition to any Hoa fees.

If you need to do laundry, the building has a laundry room in the parking lot, which is card or coin operated.

• Hand soap and shampoo.
• Dishwashing detergent and sponge.
• Paper napkins.
• General cleaning items.
• We do not provide salt, oil, coffee or sweetener.
Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide room service.
Very close to the apartment you will find supermarkets such as Publix, Target, Walgreens.
